Cassis Bistro, Calgary Alberta

Reservations are a good idea at Cassis. It's not very big and it's always busy. It's the place to get proper French cuisine in Calgary. I can honestly say that the best salad I ever had was at Cassis. We never had a bad meal here. It's always consistently delicious.

Salad with Parmesan Crips, Heirloom Tomatoes, Olives, Chevre and Goat Cheese Fritters. The best salad I've ever had.
