Cuckoo in Coombs Pizzeria and Trattoria, Coombs BC

Coombs, BC is a unique place. It's a tiny town on the side of the highway with one of the best markets in Canada. The place is always packed and you can literally get anything there. There is a fantastic grocery store with  lots of unique ingredients. They also have all kinds of freshly smoked and candied salmon. 

On the same site, there is also clothing huts, an ice cream shop, and of course running around on the roof is a bunch of goats. Not kidding.

The highlight of the visit for me was an excellent lunch at the Cuckoo Pizzeria and Trattoria. We had a big feast of pasta and loved every bite. It's also a very busy spot so it might be a good idea to get a reservation if you are going to be there at busy times.
